Store policies


All products purchased from carry the full manufacturer’s warranty unless sold as a “no warranty” item.  All warranty's must go directly through the manufacturer.  In the event that the manufacturer is no longer in business, will review your warranty claim and, at our discretion, help to provide an equitable solution.  All warranty claims may only be made by the purchaser on record.  Our policy is to repair or replace all warranty/defective product.  No refunds will be given on warranty claims.  The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.  Please contact us regarding any warranty questions.

Returns and Exchanges:
We have a 1 MonthReturn Policy. is committed to you being fully satisfied with your purchase.  If, for any reason, you would like to return any unused product, please follow these guidelines:

  • Hard-goods are exchange only within 30 days of initial purchase
  • Items must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase for a in-store credit.
  • Products must be in the condition in which you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
  • Contact us for a Return Authorization number
  • Send the unused product back to us insured for the full value (FedEx, UPS, or USPS traceable only).
  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Store credit in the form of a Gift Card will be provided on all returns received after 15 days from the date of purchase.
  • No returns on all Aquaglide products, Paddle boards, lift foils, and custom orders.  

Upon inspection of returned product,, at its discretion, will issue a full or partial refund less the original shipping charges.  All returned items that were shipped under our Free Shipping promotion will be credited less the actual shipping costs.
Customer pays price difference and new shipping costs on exchanged merchandise.

 Item must not be used and still in packaging with tags on it.  10-30 day's will get an in store credit.

Refused Shipments:
Any refused shipments will be charged a 20% restocking fee and credited less the original shipping costs.

It is our intention to process each and every order with 100% accuracy.  Please accept our sincere apologies in advance for any errors.  Please contact us immediately to report the error.  We will promptly send out the correct replacement product and pick up the incorrect item at our expense.

Damaged Shipments:
Should you receive any product that has been damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately.  It is important that you do not discard the damaged packaging.  We will have the shipment carrier pick up the damaged package and we will send out a replacement when the damaged item is received and inspected at our warehouse.  All damage claims must be reported within five business days of receipt of goods.  Any claims reported after five business days are subject to denial.


All orders placed Monday-Thursday before 1 PM (CST) will begin processing and ship within 24 hours*, pending availability and credit card authorization. All orders placed Friday, Saturday or Sunday will begin processing, but not ship until the following Monday.   

*Holidays excluded.

The Board Shop will contact you with a follow-up email if, for some reason, the merchandise you have selected is currently out of stock or if additional identification is needed for credit authorization.

The Board Shop uses UPS for delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.

During checkout, you will have the option of choosing an expedited form of shipping quoted from original UPS shipping rates. *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, OR HOLIDAYS.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that will include the UPS tracking number for your package.

-Water Mats and SUPs are store pick up only, We will not ship 

 Water mats or stand up paddle boards.

Domestic Shipping Costs:
Shipping and handling charges listed at the cart level are based on products in the cart and the shipping address provided.  Puerto Rico and U.S. Minor Outlying Islands orders are considered “international” orders. reserves the right to limit quantities and or charge actual shipping charges on bulk orders and shipments over 20 lbs.

All APO, FPO, and P.O. Box orders are shipped via US Postal Service. 

Invalid or incorrect addresses are subject to an additional fee of $15.00 that will be charged to the credit card used to make the initial purchase upon notification from the shipment carrier the customer will also be charged for all outgoing and return shipping charges.  No refunds on shipping cost unless is responsible for the error.

Orders place by 1:00 PM Central are generally shipped the same day.  In the unfortunate event a product is out of stock, a sales rep will contact you. Orders after 1:00 PM Central will be shipped the following business day.

Clearing customs can delay your shipment.  Shipping times do not include custom clearance:

  • Customer is responsible for all local duties and taxes. If for any reason duties, taxes, and other fees are not paid by the customer resulting in a charge to The Board Shop by the shipping company, The Board Shop will charge the customer’s account for these fees.
