Love the board shop

Hard to figure out the return policy in the off chance we needed it. Would be helpful to have more clear contact information and instructions on the website.

Had a great experience at BS Boardshop in Lake Geneva! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. They have a great selection of gear and apparel, and you can tell they actually know and enjoy the products they sell.

It’s refreshing to find a local shop with such a welcoming atmosphere and great customer service. Whether you’re looking for equipment, clothing, or just some advice, I’d definitely recommend checking out BS Boardshop. I’ll definitely be back!

Excellent customer service! I called to see if a bathing suit was still on the floor after I didn't purchase one day. The girl who answered was able to find it almost immediately and created a purchase order so I could buy it online and have it shipped to me!

Great service!

The young lady I spoke to guided me through my purchase. She found foil equipment for me. It worked out great.i appreciate the research she did on my behalf . I sent my friend to your young lady on the phone . She took care of him also. I’m glad I called, the personal service is rare in this day of age.

Always love stopping in here while in town. Find the cutest little tops or dresses. Nice and friendly staff.
